This Cookie Policy explains how Tomogether (the "Service"), operated by Sole Proprietor Baluev Dmitrii (in Armenian official records: Private Entrepreneur «Աց»; HVHH 20286781, Republic of Armenia), uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Essential cookies (always active)

These are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They cover authentication and session security, CSRF protection, language preference, and basic functionality. They do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising.

2. Analytics — only with your consent

With your consent we use PostHog, a product-analytics tool hosted in the European Union, to understand in aggregate how the Service is used (for example sign-up and activation funnels) so we can improve it. Session recording and automatic event capture are disabled and identifiers are pseudonymised. PostHog processes this data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement, and the data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

If you reject analytics cookies, PostHog is fully disabled and sends nothing. If you accept, you can withdraw consent at any time (see section 4). You can also request deletion of your analytics data by contacting us.

3. Cookieless visit measurement

We also operate our own analytics on our own servers that counts visits in aggregate. It uses no cookies and no personal data, does not identify you, and is not shared with any third party. Because it is not tracking, it does not depend on your consent and runs to give us basic, privacy-preserving traffic statistics.

4. Managing your choice

On your first visit you will see a consent banner where you can accept analytics cookies or reject non-essential ones. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and applies consistently across our website and app. You can change it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will make the banner appear again.

5. What we do not do

We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not run retargeting, and we do not share your data with third-party marketing or ad networks.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
